I’m on the case! Strange, red-eyed dogs have been spotted around the neighborhood at night. My Woodmill Hills Irregulars are normally an intrepid band of raccoons but they are too fearful to help my investigations. They think the dogs suffer from some kind of canine vampirism. Such rot! Would Sherlock Holmes be fooled by superstitious rumours and ignorant panic? There is some logical explanation why these dogs are never seen in daylight and I intend to prove it.
